Comprehensive Study to explore the current status of Human Trafficking in KSA/span>

Comprehensive Study to explore the current status of Human Traffickingin Saudi Arabia including, including a comprehensive awareness campaignwith the involvement of 6 government institutions who are the membersof the National Committee for Combatting Human Trafficking headed bythe Human Rights Commission. HAW’KAMAH Solutions designed theproject governance framework and the business model to involve privatesector. The study recommendations resulted in to the final update on theinternational recruitment companies Manual including compulsorytraining for all international recruitment offices and the executivemanagement of recruitment companies in KSA. 

on Building and Implementing Governance Framework in 6Non-government Association

HAW’KAMAH Solutions is now conducting a project on Building and Implementing Governance Framework in 6 non-government association in 4 regions in KSA. The Upcoming project is intended to revise the current governance status, to benchmark with best practices, to design the customized CG framework for each association and to follow up and timely audit the implementation process. HAW’KAMAH has dedicated 12 consultants, researchers, and experts to meet the various aspects of the project including, finance, law, and management. The project includes also specialized training workshops to bridge the gap in the boards members required competencies. 

Haw’kamah Solutions is currently responsible for the internal audit of Nama Chemicals Group. It has accomplished the revised policies and procedures, trained the team responsible for the implementation, completed the strategic assessment and risk assessment study and developed the implementation plan based on the identified risks, to be implemented in the current financial year.

The objective of this project was to investigate and give evidences in terms of allthe company’s assumptions to provide an appropriate level of clarity andsatisfaction to the investors and to analyze, and verify financial, strategic,commercial and operational operations. Ha’wkamah team embraced deepunderstanding of the requirements and completed the project on time by ateam of 3 financial, legal and strategic analysis experts.Ha’wkamah analyzed the company’s historical performance, expectedperformance, teh strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats,documented the recommendations and the report, which included apresentation of the legal aspects affecting the current and expected financialstatus of the company, the strategy and objectives of the company and thecurrent and future market situation clearly and accurately.

This project integrates a group of mechanisms and procedures taken by Al-Bir Charity to strengthen the governance and control system of its operations, and to raise the level of transparency, accountability and financial integrity of its operations; to achieve its vision of being a model charity in terms of management, technology and services. Under this agreement, Haw’kamah mission is to design the tailored policies and procedures according to the agreed audit community, prepare periodic reports on the observations and provide recommendations and guidance on how to deal with these observations according to the best practices and professional standards within an agreed time plan.
